General Mills has a word of mouth marketing program. They will give you samples of items or send you coupons to get an item free and also send you coupons for that item. For example: I have received Fiber One Bars (6 pack box) along with coupons and I have also received coupons for a free item such as Frosted Shredded Wheats and Kashi Waffles and then received several coupons to give to friends to try.
